marstall Mash is the practical blend for healthy digestion and a beautiful glossy coat. The recipe is based on long-proven, traditional ingredients that have been continuously developed. marstall Mash stimulates the appetite and digestion and is therefore also the ideal choice for horses considered to be poor doers. Veterans benefit from its thick consistency. marstall Mash is especially suited for use as a recovery feed for horses after physical and mental stress. The biggest benefit is its easy preparation and short soaking time - with no need to boil!

marstall Mash is the practical, warm feed for all horses to aid their digestion.

marstall Mash is the much-loved feed for horses in specific situations or as an alternative warm treat. marstall Mash is a recommended and sensible choice of feed, especially in cases of constipation, after worming, surgery or birth or during changes in the weather or feed, during moulting or other stressful situations. This easily digestible blend stimulates the appetite, gut function and metabolism and its high levels of unsaturated fatty acids also help to achieve a wonderful glossy coat.

We have improved on our proven recipe to offer a Mash that is free of sugar, molasses, essential oils and preservatives. We have also opted not to add vitamins and minerals - with the result that our marstall Mash can be combined with any feed and during any veterinary treatment. The ingredients used are all chosen to aid digestion: The expanding mucus produced by yellow-gold linseed has a positive and regenerative effect on the mucous membranes of the stomach and gut. Pectins from the tasty apple pulp, high-fibre bran and many other ingredients help to protect the intestinal tract. The balanced Ca:P ratio means that marstall Mash can also be used as a concentrated feed replacement. However, in such cases, we recommend the use of a mineral supplement such as marstall Force or the Stall- or Weide-Riegel blocks.

Feeding advice

Our recommendations assume a roughage intake (hay) of 1.5 kg per 100 kg body weight per day.

If you give more than 150 g per 100 kg KG - please divide it into at least 2 rations.

The feed can also be given on a long-term basis or until digestion is improved.

marstall Mash does not contain any mineral feed so that it can be added individually to each ration. If it is to be fed over a longer period of time as sole concentrated feed, we recommend the addition of a mineral feed such as marstall Force.
