Dear marstall customers,

As part of our quality management system, we have unfortunately found small traces of caffeine in a raw material delivery for our marstall horse feed during one of our own inspections.

As caffeine is a banned substance in equestrian sport, feeding it can lead to positive doping tests.
We ask - as a purely precautionary measure - all riders who are active with their horses in competition sport, participate in auctions/approvals or want to sell their horse, not to use the feeds listed below.

Important: There is no health risk to the horse. The feed can be fed to all horses that are not used in sport or sold without hesitation.

If you have the feed types listed below - exclusively with the production no. 1 - and the corresponding identification no. in stock or in the stable, these can be exchanged free of charge in the trade.
All marstall feeds with other identification numbers (before and after) and all other, not listed marstall feed types as well as all products with the production no. 2 and 3 are not affected and can be fed without hesitation.

We will do our utmost to continue to optimise our control processes. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. We sincerely ask for your understanding.

Should you have any questions, we are of course at your disposal.
